Listen to your inner voice as you create artful cards to deepen self-expression and self-discovery in SoulCollage®, a 2-session workshop. You can use your cards to answer life’s questions and participate in your own self-discovery as you listen to your inner voice in an intuitive and joyful way. Wabi-Sabi Workshop at True Center

Wabi-Sabi: Appreciating the Impermanent, Incomplete, and Imperfect

Enjoy the present moment as you move to deeper appreciation of the impermanent, incomplete and imperfect in life in Wabi-Sabi, a 3-session workshop. Wabi-Sabi refers to “wisdom in simplicity”. Find wabi-sabi beauty in your life through art techniques and poetry that encourage you to let go, experiment and express yourself in the warm and inviting space of True Center. SoulCollage® and Wabi-Sabi are led by guest facilitator, Gayle Torres, Board-Certified Art Therapist with over a decade of experience in clinical and wellness settings. Gayle is also a certified SoulCollage® facilitator.

Sacred Symmetry Workshop at True Center

Sacred Symmetry: Creating Contemplative Artworks Through Digital Means

Join Ken Callaway, MFA, to explore the connections between symmetry and geometry in nature and in art in Sacred Symmetry: Creating Contemplative Artworks Through Digital Means. After an introductory presentation of visual examples and brief discussion, you will have the opportunity to explore and create your own digital artworks that reflect harmony and balance and foster a contemplative experience.
