3 Keys to Discover Your True Center

posted in: Personal Growth | 0

Remember Who You AreHow do you discover your true center? Your true center is not a physical space so much as it is that inner part of who you — the you that exists wherever and whenever you are your most authentic, genuine self. Your true center is the essence you were born with.

In today’s high-pressure world, many people may have become disconnected from their true center, yet it is at the level of our most authentic selves that we are all connected as a community. True Center’s mission is to support individuals and, ultimately, thriving communities, by assisting you in finding your true center.

Join us for an upcoming workshop or our community conversation October 12, (click here to register) and turn the three keys below to discover your true center!

We feel more whole, fulfilled and satisfied when we connect to our true, authentic selves. Because we are more trusting, we step out into the world as full participants in the community. ~ Eve Willson, True Center Executive Director

THREE KEYS TO DISCOVER YOUR TRUE CENTER

KEY #1: Remember Who You Are

Most of us are so busy with the details of day-to-day life, we rarely take time to really consider the deeper question of who we really are at our core. True Center provides a welcoming space and a variety of personal growth and creativity workshops to join with others to remember who you are beyond the roles you fulfill and your daily responsibilities.

KEY # 2: Reclaim Your Voice of Truth

Connecting with your own inner truth is the next step to a more fulfilling life and a stronger community. If you have experienced a feeling of  emptiness, it is possible you might have lost your connection to your own inner truth along the way, says Willson. One of the best ways to reclaim that is to join together with others for conversation and get involved in community action that touches on your natural passions and interests.
.

KEY #3: Reconnect to Wholeness

When people feel whole, they experience a sense of belonging and trust. When we feel a sense of trust and safety within ourselves, we naturally begin to connect with one another. These natural connections create a sense of community. The first step to wholeness comes with an awareness that we all have splintered aspects of ourselves in need of healing and restoration.
